ABOUT
My interest in architecture began early. As a child the grand mansions of Galveston mesmerized me. In high school I began taking architecture courses. In them I learned AutoCad and a basic knowledge of architectural drawings. I was given the opportunity to compete at a district and state level for residential architecture. Throughout my four-year college career, the studio projects I was most passionate about were those located in Galveston. As a 6th generation BOI Galveston holds a very special place in my heart. In San Antonio I had opportunities to work in the historical Dignowty and King Williams neighborhoods. While studying abroad in Urbino, Italy I had the opportunity to learn from Italian architects, whose whole career revolves around historical preservation. I had the opportunity to travel to Rome, Florence, Venice, Verona, Sienna, Paris, Amsterdam, and Zurich. These travel opportunities have provided the opportunity to expand my design skills.
